Beth Sholom Congregation has served the Jewish community in the Frederick County area since 1917. For 95 years we were an unaffiliated synagogue, welcoming members of all ages and levels of Jewish observance. Today, as a Conservative Movement-affiliated congregation, we continue that  philosophy, inviting all to join our “family.” We and offer many opportunities to learn, pray, serve, socialize and celebrate with us.

Beth Sholom offers a number of membership options—singles, young couples, families, single parent families, senior couple, senior single—and free religious school tuition to all incoming Kindergarten students.
